Did you tried to open the Help Viewer and instead of seen the content you see HTML code? Well, I almost don't use Internet Explorer at all, and personally I prefers to use "portable chrome", which is an edition of Chrome that can be executed without the need to install anything. Maybe this is the reason that i wasted several minutes to find the issue, which is actually related to the browser configuration...
This is two sentence blog, for these who need to deal with the same issue. It turns out that all you need to do is to configure the security section in your default browser :-)
Open Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet options
Go to the security tab and choose medium-high
* why the Help Viewer do not show any error or alert? Why does it not implies on the source of the issue?!? Don't ask me! In my opinion it should have!
